I source a majority of the products that make your meal special while wandering out in the woods, or visiting the local farmers market. I strive to use only the freshest ingredients in their most natural state to offer a dining experience that is as rugged and refined as this beautiful valley we call home.
I am very passionate about agritourism/culinary tourism and love to showcase the uniqueness of the farmers and the products they work so hard to grow. I believe we can still bring back the enjoyment of growing your own food and feeding your family well or supporting your local small producers and purveyors to sustain our small communities. Food that has the least amount of manipulation is healthier, more textured, and more fun as it allows you to be a little creative. So let me show you how to do it.
