I have had the privilege of working across the country in some of the most creative and professional establishments in the industry. 

I am a member of the International Sommelier Guild and hold the advanced level 2 sommelier certificate.

I also hold my Journeyman Red Seal in culinary arts from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology.

With the knowledge gained in these establishments and through post secondary education I have developed an ever evolving style I can call my own.

I am honoured to have instructed youth at a local high school.  Encouraging students to pick up a knife and learn how to cook and eat in a way that is not only sustainable on the planet but good for their bodies.
