I have had the privilege of working across the country in some of the most creative and professional establishments in the industry.
I am a member of the International Sommelier Guild and hold the advanced level 2 sommelier certificate.
I also hold my Journeyman Red Seal in culinary arts from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology.
With the knowledge gained in these establishments and through post secondary education I have developed an ever evolving style I can call my own.
Local focused, Unique products, Foraged products, Farm visits, Good times, Good Food, and Good people.

Let’s all make life easier!!!! If you have a service that is local focused, community driven or just have an amazing talent you can offer, please submit your logo or link and I will attach it to the website so we can build our own little rural contact list for food, art, and music. We can make our small town services available to all who seek a more personal and friendly approach to doing business which allows profits to stay in our communities.
